In this Western Cooking Class, you will learn how to prepare premium meat and poultry dishes using classic Western cooking techniques.
Our instructors will guide you through meat selection, fabrication skills like deboning and portioning, and cooking methods such as roasting, searing, and braising.
Through hands-on practice, you’ll build confidence in handling beef, lamb, and poultry while creating delicious, restaurant-quality dishes. By the end of the class, you’ll be able to prepare and present gourmet Western meals with skill and care.
