Course Outline
In this Korean Cooking Class, you will learn how to choose and prepare key Korean ingredients like gochujang, kimchi, and sesame oil. Our instructors will guide you step-by-step as you cook popular dishes such as Tteokbokki and Ginseng Chicken Soup.
You will practice different cooking methods and learn how to present each dish in a way that reflects Korean culture. By the end of the class, you’ll be able to prepare authentic Korean meals that are full of flavour and beautifully presented.

Low Wei Wen Dylan
Michelin-trained (Jaan) and ACLP-certified, Chef Dylan transitions from Hotel Zelos’ kitchen leadership to culinary instruction at At-Sunrice. His operational rigor and menu development skills make him a dynamic trainer for aspiring chefs.

Irene Ling Why Fong
From HR leadership to culinary instruction, Trainer Irene blends organizational precision with a passion for Peranakan cuisine.
