Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outbound and Roadshow Sales Executive to join our sales team.
This role demands good interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for exceeding sales goals and targets.
All ages are welcome to apply for the role. There are no minimum requirements. Basic + commission will apply.
- Participate in events/roadshows to promote SkillsFuture workshops in Culinary, Media and Arts.
- Perform consultations with potential learners to understand their training needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up with existing pool of leads to nurture and potentially convert them as learners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies with sales manager and other team members.
- Provide great learner experience and journey for participants
Note: This is a Full-Time position that we are currently hiring.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and articulate the value proposition of our training programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
